WORKING METHODOLOGY
At the beginning of every project Cabasson Design creates watercolour perspective visuals to illustrate and describe the character and design intention to the Client.
This exercise allows for the effective exchanges and discussions of the Client’s vision and requirements.
These visuals then continue to act as guides for all involved throughout the design process.
Preliminary concept design is carried out using traditional design and drafting methods.
Schematic design, detail design, and production drawings and information are prepared on CAD to ensure interdisciplinary co-ordination and to facilitate updating of information for construction.
Regular working meetings are scheduled and minutes are circulated to keep all necessary parties informed of progress.
Presentations to interested parties and authorities are planned at key stages of the project.
Working in close collaboration with clients and associated committees Cabasson Design organizes and leads an international team of professional consultants in order to achieve a successful solution to every project brief.
We work closely with cost-monitoring consultants and have established excellent working relationships with all parties involved.
